The Human Resource Manager role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence. Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group. The HR Manager has responsibilities in the following functional areas: workforce planning, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance management; and talent management consultation. This role will partner with the Talent Management COE in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, and Succession Management.
The salary range for this position is $97,040 - $145,560. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
