Job Purpose

IT Systems Integrator is an individual responsible for developing and maintaining software system integrations and hardware components, including but not limited to, application to application integrations, service management, internal and external application programming interface, data transfer using SQL queries and other information technology protocols. Scope of this role will include project management for the deployment, integration and maintenance of various software programs interconnected with production equipment control systems.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Adhere to Cleanpart-US Safety and Quality System Policies and Procedures, at all times
  • Interact with personnel at all levels within the organization, including regional and global colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand latest software and hardware engineering principles and practices, such as methods and challenges of integration
  • Ensure software programs and hardware devices communicate seamlessly to provide stable IO environment for the daily systems interface
  • Work with Operations, Engineering and Quality personnel to implement system performance improvements
  • Work with software developers to coordinate revision deployment and exchange application improvement ideas
  • Develop system code as required for system integration and maintain system applicability as technologies evolve
  • Work with regional and global IT group for the integration of global systems, as needed
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of hardware devices and systems providing local or remote support
  • Maintain inventory of ITS software/hardware licenses, permits, users, location, and performance, suggesting renewal or replacement, as required
  • Collect and Analyze data, generating custom reports, as needed. This may include requests from various users in the organization
  • Establish and maintain e-data transfers between customer or supplier systems, as needed
  • Provide general IT support for users throughout the organization
  • Must become familiar with all process areas and understand the various process operations to enable streamline use of the software/hardware systems
  • Develop training material and assist with training of system users at all levels
  • Demonstrate and promote positive work environment
  • Follow 5S+1 protocol and company policy by leaving the work area in an organized and clean condition at the end of each shift
  • Communicate opportunities of system process improvement and facilitate reduction of production flow impedance
  • Establish and adjust work priorities finding effective solutions for issues that arise
  • Ensure proper execution of paperwork and accuracy of all activities
  • Follow all written procedures, internal documents, and process controls
  • Take ownership of work performed to ensuring effective, efficient and high-quality results
  • Periodic domestic travel may be required
  • Readily accept work assignments, as required to meet business needs or requested by supervisory management 

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Must be a US-citizen
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • Must have Bachelors degree or equivalent in technology field. Related Military experience is considered
  • 5+ years of ITS software/hardware system integration, deployment and maintenance experience in technology-related field
  • Must have project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, under pressure atmosphere and meet scheduled or unplanned deadlines
  • Must have working experience with information technology systems such as, but not limited to, SQL Server, Wonderware, AEGIS FactoryLogix, unipoint, JobBoss, SAP, and PLC programming
  • Must be able to understand and apply information and data contained in Cleanpart policies, procedures and protocols in effort to protect business-sensitive information
  • Must be able to produce high quality, accurate results in a timely manner, meeting project schedules and budgets
  • Must be able to complete assignments to the fullest extent with general guidance from supervisory management via written or verbal instructions
  • Must be able to generate and maintain reports to demonstrate system performance, operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Must be able to work with process technicians on the floor, identify system process issues and accurately communicate those issues to engineering and operational management, taking actions required to rectify challenges and issues
  • Must understand how to operate process equipment and quality measurement tools in order to accurately integrate with software/hardware systems
  • Must be able to follow ISO and Quality Management Policies and Procedures
  • Must be diligent in following procedures, prioritizing assignments, able to multitask, and producing accurate, high quality, detailed results
  • Well-organized, self-starter able to work independently while promoting a team-environment
  • Outgoing personality with effective oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers alike
  • Candidates must be able to pass a Federal/Criminal background check
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
