What You Will Do...
- Assign, schedule, add, and update preventative maintenance activities through Asset Solutions software
- Manage and assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns with technicians to keep downtime to a minimum
- Perform root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement/recommend changes to eliminate/minimize future issues
- Assist other engineering staff in design reviews and capital project implementations
- Educate, coach, lead, and discipline technicians to ensure safe work practices, compliance to corporate policies, and the following of standard maintenance procedures
- Coordinate outside contractors as required for facility maintenance and repair
- Review, implement, and recommend small and large projects to reduce cost and/or improve equipment efficiency
- Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Have...
- High school diploma required
- Engineering degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience
- Supervisor experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment required

The salary range for this position is $73,050 - $91,312. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
