What You Will Do...

• Work safely with personnel and equipment – Safety is MCAM’s number one priority.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
• Understand and troubleshoot standard production equipment
• Input work order status and job cards completely and accurately.
• Train other maintenance personnel in the main work categories as needed.
• Consistently perform duties at acceptable quality levels.
• Perform die and mold preparations and repairs when needed.
• Perform all tasks with teamwork, cooperativeness, positive thinking, and personal responsibility in mind.
• Proactively identify and eliminate issues (root cause).
• Accountable for multiple assignments.
• Work with maintenance crew leader, maintenance manager, engineers, and EHS administrator on projects as needed.
• Dispose of Trash: Discard waste streams in their respective locations (wood, metals, chemicals, plastics, recycling, hazards and non-hazardous waste).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and JSA’s.
• Understand your role in the EHS&S process and goals.

 

What You Will Have...

• Demonstrate working knowledge in Machine Repair, General Facilities Maintenance and two (2) or more of the following maintenance categories:
Electrical
PLC
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Hydraulics
Machining
Pneumatic
Welding
HVAC/Refrigeration
• General knowledge of the plants electrical power distribution system.
• Working knowledge of die and mold preparation and repair.
• Understanding and have the ability to use applicable measuring equipment.
• Understand and operate production equipment in a safe manner.
• Can routinely handle complex duties and multiple assignments.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have 3-5 Manufacturing Maintenance experience.

The salary range for this position is $25.90 - $37.11. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
