What You Will Do...
- Ensure reliability for Film Line 7 and associated areas: Tentering, Slitting
- Provide technical maintenance and troubleshooting support Film Line and associated areas
- Provide backup support to other Maintenance Engineer on Film Line 8 and associated areas
- Work with Production Support Team to support upgrades, capital plan scope definition and safety improvements
- Plan and coordinate downtime needed for maintenance and upgrades
- Analyze equipment breakdowns and premature failures for root cause and failure trends
- Implement equipment improves to address safety, quality, and productivity concerns
- Gatekeeper for maintenance workorders
- Monitor and control maintenance spending against budget
- Key contact between areas of responsibility and Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance groups
- Develop and update maintenance job plans
What You Will Have...
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 0-3 of experience in the field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to provide off hours support as needed
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in team-based environment
- Efficient at data analysis and statistical approach to problem solving

- The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $98,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
