Provide support to the Quality department working closely with the team to ensure Quality standards with products are being met. Continue to promote KAITEKI values creating and maintaining a positive work environment, which is conducive to a stable, growing and continually improving workforce. Ensure a safe workplace, efficient production processes, minimization of downtime, as well as a clean and orderly production area. Completing inspections on molded and machined parts throughout the manufacturing process including first piece, receiving, in process and final inspection.
- Performing inspections using precision measurement equipment & devices including hand tools.
- Reading, understanding and applying product requirements including blueprints with GD&T along with customer and industries specifications.
- Use a variety of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gage blocks
- Completing documentation of inspection and non-conformance, as required.
- Following procedures outlined in quality management system conforming to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100.
- Identifying and controlling non-conforming product.
- Working independently with little supervisory input.
- Documenting nonconforming product IAW company directives.
- SHIFT 2:00-10:30 PM

- High School diploma required or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Some technical related training or experience.
- GTD Certification, preferred
- ASQ Quality Inspector Certification, preferred
- The salary range for this position starts at $21.40. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
