Job Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for selling corporate services and products to Semiconductor customers and other industries.  Successful candidate will reach their business targets through effective management of designated customer accounts, territory and physical visits to customer sites. Candidate will be held accountable for full responsibility of annual sales forecast as well as rolling 3-month updated forecast.  Preference will be given to candidate with experience in the Semiconductor industry.  Successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and business minded promoting growth and one who strives for operational excellence and continuous improvement.  Candidate must possess strong safety, quality, and business development skills and be able to effectively communicate internally and externally with key operatives and customers in the semiconductor, petrochemical, manufacturing, solar, optic, medical, and other relevant industries.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Maintain effective and consistent customer communications including email, phone and personal vi
  • Travel to customer locations and perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product(s)/service(s) while on-site.
  • Maintain / Manage customer requests, issues, and/or complaints including any Quality issues through internal coordination and document
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Provide timely follow-up on any customer or Cleanpart internal questions and information flow and take ownership
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
  • Actively manage call schedules to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner
  • Follow procedures and protocol as outlined in company policy manual and make sure to understand and comply with current system in place
  • Participate as a team player in supporting operations
  • Prepare & coordinate ALL required forms to support customer and Cleanpart production requirement
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, customer quotes, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoice support, and other document
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of customer processes, changes in market conditions, competitor activities, and other potential business opportunities
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • University or college degree in Engineering, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of direct work experience in the Semiconductor industry, including ideally a direct work experience in an external technical sales capacity.
  • Technical knowledge in one or more Semiconductor process areas, PVD, Etch, CVD, Thin Films, Litho e
  • Experience in chemical processing or semiconductor manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain customer relationships and close deals
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, time management and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powe Able to quickly learn company specific software (i.e. JobBOSS, UniPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
