Job Purpose

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, publishing and maintaining data driven reports used by Cleanpart USA groups and analysis of data to show project metrics, benchmark effectiveness and drive improvement. This team member will be responsible for designing reports that will involve several projects across various departments within the organization and potentially upon customer request, as well.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Develop various reports that include visualizations using a multitude of chart options, groupings, drilldowns, pivots, aggregations and more.
  • Team member must understand systems engineering concepts, including ability to quickly learn what applications are utilized for various circumstances within the Operations group, identify new possible outcomes that can be achieved with current system platforms, and the latest technology offerings available to drive operational performance improvements.
  • Team member should also have the ability to assist with fundamental systems support and troubleshooting.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

  • Able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form

  • Able to organize workflow, prioritize actions, multitask, and produce accurate, high-quality, detailed results
  • Able to gain understanding of product process flows and equipment systems used within daily operations
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in a technical field (technology, computer science, business administration or related discipline) as a new graduate or 5+ years systems engineering experience
  • Candidate must have good computer skills and direct experience with generating and analyzing reports used for manufacturing or quality control. Specifically, programs utilizing SQL
  • Candidate must be proficient in MSOffice365 programs, specifically PowerBI, Excel, MSWord and PowerPoint with working understanding of MSAccess database table relationship and programming
