Job Purpose

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Cleanpart US operation, engineering, quality and ES&H integrated systems.  This person will be responsible for designing, the program and project management and continual improvement of these integrated systems.

Principal Accountabilities

Employee will be concerned with the optimization of complex processes, process flows and systems. Employee will be concerned with the development, improvement, and implementation of integrated systems of people, knowledge, information, equipment, energy, materials, analysis, and money, as well as the mathematical principles and methods of engineering design to specify, predict, and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems or processes.  Goals include improving the efficiency of each production process, evaluation of tasks, procedures, practices for improvement and increased productivity.  This employee will work directly with operations, engineering, quality, ES&H, accounting, and IT to develop companywide programs and systems.

Major programs included but not limited to, predictive SPC and process development, implementation and control systems.  Take on the project or program management of new major CAP-EX projects, systems development, and equipment integration.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  •  BS or MS in a technical field (Systems Engineering and Industrial Engineering preferred) as a new graduate to 5+ year’s systems engineering experience.  The employee can also have a BS or MS degree in a technical field (same as above) with 5+ years’ experience in a production engineering role that has included production, Quality, or process engineering functions in at least one of the following areas; process improvement, SPC design, implementation and control, or systems integration.
  • Candidates must have good computer skills and direct experience with integrating SPC into volume production.
  • Employee must be proficient in MS Word and Excel software programs. Employee must have general knowledge and basic usage understanding of Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint software programs.
