Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for successful identification and integration of various system platforms used in daily functions across the Cleanpart USA group. Implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of system hardware and software function to assist various user activities will be required. Team member will also develop and maintain documents required for efficient systems deployment and effective education of affected groups.


Principal Accountabilities
  • This position will include managing various software and hardware platforms, supporting corporate and external IT Systems groups, as needed.
  • Specialist must understand systems engineering concepts including ability to quickly learn applications utilized within the Operations group,
  • identifying new potential outcomes that can be achieved with current system platforms, and understand the latest technology offerings available to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain multiple software and hardware technologies performing troubleshooting to identify, confirm and rectify causes behind multiple system issues, discrepancies, problems, and complaints.
  • Applies quantitative methods, analyzes data, evaluates results to form conclusions.
  • Performs data analysis for producing metric reports, benchmark effectiveness and drive organizational improvements.

  • Able to apply common sense and understanding to execute instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form

  • Able to organize workflow, prioritize actions, multitask, and produce accurate, high-quality, detailed results
  • Able to gain understanding of product process flows and equipment systems used within daily operations
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Preferred candidate will have a BS or MS in a technical field (technology, computer science, business administration or related discipline) as a new graduate or 5+ years systems engineering experience
  • Candidate must have strong systems skills including direct experience with hardware/software deployment and system performance analysis to enhance operational reporting used for manufacturing or quality control. Specifically, programs utilizing SQL database
  • Candidate must be proficient in MSOffice365 programs such as PowerBI, Excel, MSWord, and PowerPoint with working understanding of MS Access database table relationship and system programming
  • Ideal candidate will have working experience with JobBoss, uniPoint, Wonderware or AEGIS FactoryLogix platforms
