Job Purpose
  • To service and maintain all accounts and distributors related to our Aftermarket Segment.
  • To process and respond to all consumer product and technical related requests.
Principal Accountabilities
  1. Develop and cultivate relationships with fitters and builders at Key Fitting Accounts for both Aldila and MCA brands.
  2. Build and expand upon key fitting customer base. Identify key players/fitters and maintain constant communication
  3. Perform outbound e-mails and calls, answer inbound sales and customer service inquiries.
  4. Provide over the phone product support, training, insight to fitters and builders.
  5. Maintains phone call and account rotation plan to contact all levels of key fitting accounts for both MCA and Aldila Brands.
  6. Daily interaction with Sales Director / Sales Coordinator to gather feedback / insight on product performance in market.
  7. Communicate with Sales Director to provide develop business strategies and to identify areas of opportunity to grow both brands.
  8. Analyze internal reports and information from customers to monitor business and identify opportunities.
  9. Gather sell through data and sales summary from key fitting accounts on a monthly basis.
  10. Assist with the launch and tracking of all new Aftermarket Product Launches.
  11. Update daily and maintain CRM software for all accounts.
  12. Day to Day Order Entry, Order fulfillment, and assist in managing Aftermarket Inventory Levels.
  13. Present weekly sales summary reports to Sales Director and compile fitting account summary reports for monthly business meetings.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales Experience (preferably with multi-door Accounts).
  • Knowledge of Golf Club components and previous golf club building experience required.
  • Custom Golf Club Fitting Experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • High-energy individual with strong multi-tasking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Custom Golf Club Fitting, Golf Industry Retail.
  • Highly assessed selling and marketing skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to operate computer software at a highly efficient level. (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, A/X).
