Job Purpose

The Project  Manager for the Mitsubishi Chemical Golf Shaft Department is responsible for the launch of all Tour and Aftermarket products for both our Mitsubishi Chemical and Aldila branded Shafts.  The Project Manager will need to manage the development of multiple products at the same time in a fast-paced, global environment.  This position will lead the development and evaluation of all Tour Department product needs for the team supporting the PGA, LPGA, Korn Ferry, and DP World Tours as well as our Aftermarket team managing the global sales of both our Mitsubishi Chemical and ALDILA branded products.  This Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing schedule creation, tracking, developing status reports, monitoring quality standards required for all products and making sure production and launch deadlines are met.

Principal Accountabilities
    1. Develop, drive, and maintain project schedules for new product introductions utilizing web-based Project Management Tools.
    2. Manage Golf Shaft Department Product RoadMap for Mitsubishi Chemical and Aldila brands
    3. Participate in global cross-functional team to ensure on-time product introduction, while maintaining or exceeding quality standards.
    4. Develop, and maintain accurate update reporting for all current projects.
    5. Develop and maintain process to ensure that projects and R&D requests are organized for easy tracking.
    6. Organize and participate in meetings, conference calls, and project activities to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
    7. As needed assist Supply Chain and Commercialization teams with necessary reporting and documentation for all structure, cosmetics, and sample requested for assigned projects.
    8. Support Marketing and Sales team with materials, promotions and other items needed to ensure the effective launch of new products for the Marketing and Sales Teams through Web-bases system BASECAMP.
    9. Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner while following all health and safety procedures.
    10. Assist Company-Wide project as needed.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
    1. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
    2. Expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    3. Ability to learn to use other software packages as necessary to support the successful completion of projects
    4. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
    5. Ability to prioritize and summarize information in report form.
