Mitsubishi Chemical Group-APOLIC Division is seeking a Reclaim/Scrap Operator to join a team committed to excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable business results. The Reclaim/Scrap Operator assist Machine Operators by recycling material and scrap aluminum. Works with other teams as needed. Assist with maintaining clean work environment. - Keep work area clean
- Adhere to safety and environmental rules
- Draw ATH for disposal. Assist with cleaning of machines
- Remove and sweep debris from the burner and machines
- Lockout/Tagout
- Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts
- Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
- Other duties as assigned by department manager
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment to include safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and additional PPE as required
- Correctable eyesight required
- Must be comfortable working around moving equipment
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, forward reaching, and twisting
- Occasional squatting, crouching, and above shoulder reaching
- Ability to stand for extended period
- Dexterity manipulation required for use of hand tools and light equipment
- Must be able to push/pull material using pallet jack
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs., occasional lifting up of 50 lbs
- Moderate exposure to temperature change in non-climate-controlled environment with potential of working near heated processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year manufacturing experience

The salary range for this position is $ 14.00 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
