In April 2013, two California Companies, Grafil, a carbon fiber manufacturer in Sacramento and Newport Adhesives and Composites, a prepreg manufacturer in Irvine, were merged to create Mitsubishi Rayon Carbon Fiber and Composites (MRCFAC); then in 2017, we re-branded to MCCFC.
