Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with warehouse inventory and issuing raw material to manufacturing departments. Ensuring raw material inventory levels are maintained and accurate.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Maintains Raw Material in the warehouse
  • Maintains lot traceability and bin location


  • Received product is matched and verified with the packing slip.
  • The material is matched to MCAM’s purchase order, and the count and material type are verified for compliance to the purchase order specifications.
  • Material is labeled with purchase order number and put into stock
  • All purchase orders are received into ERP System.


  • Packing of parts to ensure safe transport
    • Labeling of parts to indicate customer name, purchase order number, part number, revision, and quantity
    • Use of common carriers software to ship product
    • Use ERP System to create packing slips

      General warehouse:

      • Forklift operation
      • Keep raw material inventory sorted and organized
      • Maintain ready to ship inventory
      • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Trained in MRP system data collection, Shipping and Receiving
  • Forklift trained
  • Windows proficient
  • Trained using common carrier software
